Terms of Service
To use The Interim Doctor App, you must read & agree to our terms listed below; and indicate by your electronic signature.
Based on your symptoms, current vital signs (you must provide), and the medical history; we can safely prescribe medication electronically to a nearby pharmacy for your minor ailment. We advise that you contact your primary care provider (PCP) on the next business day to discuss the ailment; as well as the treatment that we provided in his/her absence.
We Can Provide Treatment For:
Upper Respiratory Infection
Allergy Symptoms (eyes, nose, throat)
Arthritis/Gout
Ear pain & infections
Erectile dysfunction
Toothache or gum abscess
Urinary tract infection
Neck & Back pain or spasm
Abscess (groin, armpit, etc.)
Minor cuts or abrasions
Minor burns
Mild skin infections (cellulitis, fungal, etc.)
Gastrointestinal illness
Sexually transmitted disease/exposure
Eye infection (conjunctivitis)
Menstrual cramps
Mild fluid retention
Headaches (not related to trauma)
Rashes
Body aches
Vertigo
Arthritis
Refill lost or forgotten medication (BP, ED, DM, etc.)

We Cannot Provide Treatment For*:
Out of range vital signs (see range below)
More than 2 medication allergies
Chest Pain or Cardiac Ailments (will refill lost medication at current dose)
Stroke or new onset paralysis
Acute shortness of breath or anaphylaxis
Puncture wounds
Bleeding (from any orifice or wound)
Drug overdose
Alcohol intoxication
Poisoning
Severe burns
Motor vehicle accidents
Gunshot or stab wounds
Psychiatric illnesses
Lacerations requiring sutures
Cancer
New Pulmonary embolus, DVT or blood clot (we will refill lost medication at current dose)
Concussions or head trauma
Pregnant or nursing women
Changing/ diminished level of consciousness
Pancreatitis
Appendicitis
Sleep disorder (requiring sleeping pill)
Birth control
Lost medication for condition on our list of not treating above

Final Requirements Checklist

Before proceeding to the payment site; in addition to your credit/debit card info for Paypal/Merchant Services; it is important that you are aware & have ready the following items.

You must know that:
1- Each state has different regulations regarding Telehealth/Telemedicine & the client must be aware of the state's regulations in you are currently residing & comply
2- The client’s ailment or lost medication appears on this APP’s treatable side in Terms
3- The client has no more than 2 medication allergies
4- If lost medication needs to be replaced; the client MUST have the CORRECT spelling of medication or EXACT insulin type, dosage (units, MDI, nebulizer ampules, mg, tsp, ml, tablet, capsule, G, oz) & frequency (# of times/day) -if you do not have the pharmacy labelling, we suggest you obtain correct info from original pharmacy first
5- The client is aware of recent vital signs & they are within this APP’s treatable range:
Temperature (Fahrenheit) 96.1 – 101.5
Pulse (heart rate/minute) 60 – 100
Respirations (breaths/minute) 12 – 18
Blood Pressure (systolic) 90 – 150
(diastolic) 60 – 95
6- The client’s pharmacy choice:
Operates as pharmacy (not just a retail store-please call)
Name, Full Address (Number/Street/City/State), 10-digit Phone Number
Will be open for next 3 hours or if closed; client will pick up next business day
6- The client or designee has entered a private & secure email address in that the personal health info that is relayed to us will be sent to the listed email for client’s medical record & a work note if needed (check your spam). If you do not have a PRIVATE, SECURE email that only you can access; please fill in doctor@sick.com on email line
7- It is the client’s responsibility to call our in-state office or his/her PMD asap to schedule appointment to further address symptoms
